Skill Fixes
- [Sylia] Boreas Manas now also clear cooldown of Autumn Vista III and Red Sun·Sky·Dust.
- [Hydran] Fixe Smokescreen smog effect not applying debuffs.
Fixes
- Fixed Pet Roster slot expansion above 32.
- Added reported missing NPCs and resources.
- [ET] Dark Radiance should now heal properly when reset by distance check.
- Corrected logic behind Heroic ET lvl requirement and weekly limit.

- Since 'Making Aura Dice' event quest is weekly, dice amount it gives was boosted 6->18.
