Skill fixes
- [Akaza] Underworld Precept Chant II logic corrected.
- [Akaza] Bodhisattvas Protection II: harmony regen fixed.
- [Akaza] Powerful Manifestation [Chroma] cast/effective range corrected.
- [Akaza] Added extra check to ensure United Hunt is removed if not in Hunter form.
- [Balo] Death Struggle effect should not prevent from using Celestial Monkey Potent like skills.
- [Sylia] Overcome Cold crit buff stacking logic modified.

- [Event Token] Mithrill Sigil exchange rate reduced 30->15.
- [BOSS] Thunder Phoenix now also drop Purple Pistil and Immortality Elixir Packs.
