Skill fixes
- [Ashura] Provoke Fortune and Aftereffect allows to move during cast now.
- [Ashura/Hydran] Fixed conflict between Mystical Ramble II and Seven Star Flash (skill cast distance effect).
- [Ashura/Zephyr] Starlink now penetrate Avoidance properly.
- [Ashura/Modo] Ghost effect will no longer protect against Predestination triggers that were applied before Ghost effect was received.
- [Ashura/Yuna] Condensed Jade Dream will no longer be effective on Ashura during Astral Soul effect.
- [Ashura] Myriad Marvels can now be properly used under Nullity effect.
- [Ashura] Attempt to fix conflict of Mystical Ramble (cancel skill) and Prolonging Pool.
- [Hydran] Corrected Austerity effect description.
- [Rayan] Fixed Shadow Dance Ultima not starting with initial raja.

- All versions of Hero Mystic Tomes now allows to use Reforge Scroll, but amount required was set to 3 Reforge Scrolls per reset.
